<p>The AFI is a national organisation with Divisions in each State. Membership with the AFI is an outstanding opportunity for individuals and companies within the foundry industry to develop networks and ensure they are always kept abreast of the latest technologies and opportunities available to them.</p>

<p><strong>The objectives of the Australian Foundry Institute SA Division are:</strong></p>

<li>To provide a means of advancing knowledge of foundry practice, technology and management.</li>
<li>To facilitate the exchange of information by the presentation and discussion of technical papers.</li>
<li>To encourage, assist and initiate where appropriate industry related research and development.</li>
<li>To organise/advise/liaise with others on means/system/syllabi for the education and training of personnel at all levels of the industry.</li>
<li>To identify, collect and disseminate technical information in industry related subjects.</li>
<li>To promote the best interests of the industry and divisional members.</li>
